This policy explains what Build and Co Group Ltd does with the information you give us when you ask for a quote through our online enquiry form.
When you complete our enquiry form we collect:
We use it for one purpose: to get in touch about your enquiry, arrange a time to come and see the job, and send you a quote. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not pass them to other builders.
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form before you submit it. You can withdraw that consent at any time and we will stop contacting you.
We use a small number of suppliers who process this information on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purposes above:
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months so we can pick the conversation back up if your project is delayed. If you become a customer we keep records for longer, as we are required to for tax, insurance and building warranty purposes. After that we delete them.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct anything wrong, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at the registered address above and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
If you arrived from one of our adverts, Meta may set a cookie so we can measure whether the advert worked. This tells us how many enquiries an advert produced. It does not tell us who you are. You can control this in your browser settings and in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
